Chris Brady

As an entrepreneur in the life safety industry with a significant background in management consulting, I have extensive experience in small and mid-size Security businesses. I have a keen understanding of family owned as well as venture funded, and private equity owned organizations. I work regularly with lenders in evaluating subscriber based businesses. Through both due diligence and consulting roles, I have had the ability to move throughout the value chain in several organizations and have gained a complex understanding of how they operate, lever, and improve. I often work closely with the technology side of the organization, helping to maintain a focus on financial reporting and customer care.

Owning and operating small businesses in the life safety space over the past 25 years, I am at ease working with other entrepreneurs. My experience with large organizations allows me to provide insight to small, rapidly growing organizations as to capital deployment, acquisitions, technology commercialization, product mix, and exit strategy.
