Under the appointment of the Federal Courts, Financial Institutions or Court appointed Receiver, TRG has served as Receivership management for multiple companies, running the day to day business in an effort to serve the needs of the customers and employees while preserving the enterprise value of the troubled entity on behalf of the stakeholders and lenders. TRG has also served as an advisor to DIP Mgmt on behalf of Senior Lenders.
